Our strengths encompass IT infrastructures, voice technology, call centre operations, back office services and specific aviation industry applications such as reservations, ticketing, refunds, customer support, baggage services, loyalty programmes, crisis management, complaint management, medical coordination and flight disruption management.

We have worked with many companies who outsource for reasons pertaining to infrastructure and cost and have successfully turned a network of cost-centres into a consolidated profit centre, then transformed it into a thriving business.

World Aviation Group Limited has recently consolidated its offering into three lines of business offering solutions to a number of industries.

Our Story

World Aviation Systems was founded in Malta as a 50/50 joint venture between the Australian company Concorde International Group (now Helloworld Group) and Air Malta to provide general sales agency (GSA) services.

Concorde Group of Companies and World Aviation Systems was successfully sold to ABN AMRO. Leslie Cassar, through his company Cassar Aviation Services Pty Ltd acquired 50% of the Malta shareholding.

World Aviation Systems created a new organisational structure to house its new subsidiary companies:

  • Centrecom
  • Aviation Online
  • BPO Services
  • Reflecting the new structure, the parent company was re-named World Aviation Group.

Air Malta centralised its network of call centres into a single, multi-lingual contact centre, located in the Malta International Airport precinct.

From that time, Centrecom has undertaken a variety of outsourced services for Air Malta, including:

  • Frequent Flier servicing
  • Customer Care
  • Crisis Centre
  • Passenger and Cargo Revenue Accounting
